Life has been a beautiful mosaic of creative expressions from many different dimensions. The variety includes drawing, painting, creating sculptures from recycled materials for the beautiful 5 star resort  "The Slate" in Phuket Thailand, designing and building a building to display artwork in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and most recently publishing a book of my artwork and poetry titled "Listenings, courageous leaps into the unknown", now available at Barnes and Nobel and Amazon and soon to be in bookstores. On another note I have followed a passion since 1979, of exploring health modalities, which has inspired studies into the worlds of Reiki, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Ayurveda, and the Australian Bush Flower Essences, plus becoming a Primordial Sound Meditation teacher through the Chopra Center 
In 2019 I chose to let go of having a home in the USA and to travel the world volunteering for room and board, creating artwork, and writing. The journey has been rich with new friendships, blessed with so many new and beautiful conversations with nature, and has included experiences in private homes as well as Tibetan Buddhist Retreat Centers.
